The 2013 Samsung Channel Champion Award went to Telequip, one of Australia’s longest established business phone systems providers. The prestigious award was presented to HaydenMacKee, Sales Manager at Telequip, at the Samsung dealer conference in Macao in October for the communications solution with the best combination of technology, integration, size and sales expertise in Australia.
Telequip won the award for a multi site phone system installation for Total Food Network, connecting their offices in Brisbane, Cairns and Papua New-Guinea with a seamless communication solution. Staff in any office can receive and transfer calls to and from other offices
and have visibility of employees across offices. The new system achieved massive cost savings for Total Food Network, reducing call charges by thousands of dollars. In addition, shared address books and integration with email as well as click-to-dial features improve staff efficiency.
