How it works:
- Telequip set up a fully integrated voice recording solution for SIP using Telequip’s Managed Services (TQMS) SIP lines.
- Telequip installed a complete IP solution, ready for multi-site integration with the customer’s other location to achieve a consistent experience across offices.
- Telequip set up a complex Automated Attendant to account for different departments and configured corresponding call flows to meet the customer’s needs.
The Challenge:
Customer needed a phone system that would allow them to take calls even when not in the office and also had enough room to grow.

How it works:
- The Samsung OfficeServ 7100 can be extended to handle up to 4 traditional (PSTN/ISDN) or VoIP lines and more than 50 extensions.
- The system provides full integration of mobile phones – they can be transferred to/from like a desk phone.
- Voicemail can be received as an email giving the user the flexbility to receive their voicemail wherever they are, provided that they have internet/email access.
- The system can be converted to a full IP system as required by activating additional licenses which gives the customer full flexibility to take advantage of new call plans.
The Challenge:
Customer required a new phone system and a Public Announcement (PA) system for their business.

How it works:
- Telequip remotely determined customer requirements for telephone system setup, configured the telephone system to customer specifications and shipped the pre-programmed system to the customer for installation.
- Telequip designed a PA system suitable for the business based customer provided information / plans remotely, then shipped the equipment and installed the telephone system and PA system at the same time.

How it works:
- Telequip installed a new phone system that allowed the school to reuse existing handsets in the classrooms.
The Challenge:
Customer needed to replace their existing phone system which had been in use for 20+ years. They required full integration into their front office system as well as integration of staff mobile phones.

- 220 x Room extensions

How it works:
- Telequip implemented an Aastra 470 phone system and migrated the customer to ISDN, at the same time consolidating a number of existing traditional (PSTN) lines.
- The system delivers hospitality features such as wake up calls, outside calls, room to room dialling & room availability all via the guest handsets and integrates with the customer’s front office solution.
- The phone system provides call information to the customer’s existing call recording solution.
- The phones system provides full integration of mobile phones, i.e. mobile phones are treated like any other extension of the phone system and calls between mobile phones and customer lines are free of charge.
- The phone system has been set up with an “Auto Attendant“ which can direct callers to the right person or group in the hotel without going through reception.
- The Aastra 470 phone system allows customers to make small changes and add speed dials on their own via a web interface.

The Challenge:
Customer wanted a new phone system that would help them reducing calling costs and also features tour desk functionality.
Our Solution:

How it works:
- The system is configured for Least Cost Routing (LCR), i.e. the telephone system picks the line with the lowest cost for outgoing calls.
- Mobex allows management to take calls for the front office when out and about on their mobile phones with the ability to transfer calls to rooms without being in the office.
The Challenge:
Customer relocated to new premises and wanted a phone system which integrates the mobile phones for their sales staff and also provides integration between Cairns and Townsville location to have one receptionist answering calls coming to any of the offices.

How it works:
- Telequip installed one phone system in each location and networked the systems between the two locations. This allows free calls between the two offices. When reception at one office is unattended, calls can be picked up by a receptionist in the other office.
- Telequip set up customer mobile phones as fully functional extensions to the phone system. Sales Representatives can receive calls on their mobile phones when out of the office, transfer calls to and from their mobile phones as if they were at their desk.
- Configuration of telephone system supports caller line identification, i.e. the person who picks up can see which number the customer dialled and can respond appropriately.

How it works:
- Telequip set up a telephone system for every location and networked the systems via VPN.
The Challenge:
Customer has a presence in Melbourne and needs a cost effective way to make several daily calls to Melbourne, as well as transfering customer calls as an extension of their phone system.

- Combination of IP and digital handsets
How it works:
- Telequip upgrade the customers older-style Samsung phone system to an OfficeServ 7200S and equipped it with additional licences to connect IP phones.
- Customer can now have an IP phone in a different location as a fully functional extension of the phone system and calls to this phone are treated as internal calls, and no charges for calls between this phone and other extensions of the phone system are incurred.
- Additional „remote“ phones can be added as required.
- The phone system is VoIP ready, i.e. can be converted to a full IP system over time if required and digital handsets can be replaced by IP handsets by simply activating additional licenses.

- The Samsung OfficeServ 7030 can handle different types of digital phones and works with the existing 24Button handsets.
- The new system has integrated voicemail and is „VoIP ready“, i.e. it can take SIP Trunks instead of traditional lines by activating additional licenses if required. This makes the system a future proof investment that will allow the customer to take advantage of new technologies and calling plans.
- Phones can be changed over to newer model digital phones one by one or to IP Phones simply by activating licenses in the system.
- The new system keeps its configuration during power outages which avoids recovery issues after an outage.
- The customer decided on a 3 year lease option which avoids the upfront investment cost.
